Download & refund help

These collections are digital PDF products. No tattoo machine, capsules, printed sheets or shipping is included.

Getting your file

After the website verifies a completed payment, choose Open PDF or Download PDF. Save the complete packet to your device. A temporary download link can be refreshed using your private order receipt without another payment. Keep your receipt link private and save a local copy of your PDF.

Save your PDF on any device.

After payment is verified, choose Open PDF or Download PDF. No extra app is required.

iPhone & iPad

Tap Open PDF to open the complete collection in Safari.
Tap Safari’s Share button (the square with an upward arrow), then Save to Files. If needed, open the More menu to find Share.
Choose On My iPhone, On My iPad, or iCloud Drive, then tap Save.
Open the Files app and find the collection by its filename. Open the saved PDF once to confirm it is there. Keep a downloaded local copy for offline use.

Using Download PDF instead? Look in Safari’s Downloads list or Files → Browse → Downloads. Your Downloads folder may be in iCloud Drive or on your device.

Android, Mac & Windows

Choose Download PDF, then save the file. If a PDF viewer opens, use its Download or Save option.

If the file does not open

Allow the complete file to load on a stable connection. If you came from Instagram, Facebook or another app, use its menu to open this website in Safari or Chrome. Complete checkout in that browser and keep the delivery page open until your file is saved. If a verified download link expires, use Refresh download link on the delivery page; this does not start another payment.

Print from the saved PDF at Actual Size / 100% on US Letter paper. Save the PDF itself, rather than screenshots of its pages.

Payment or file problems

If a charge is duplicated, the wrong collection is delivered, or a file cannot be opened, email weekiwacheetattoo@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID, collection name and a description of the problem. We will review it and help with delivery, a corrected file or an appropriate refund. Do not make another purchase to fix a download problem.

Please review the collection previews and PDF format before buying. Refund requests are reviewed individually; this information does not limit any rights that apply to your purchase.
